Shipping & Returns


PROCESSING TIME

The average processing time for most orders is 5-10 business days (excludes Saturday & Sunday). 

Our working hours are Monday – Friday. Orders placed anytime after 2 p.m. (Eastern Time) will be considered for processing the following business day. Please take this into consideration when calculating processing times.

Please note, processing times are not included in estimated shipping times. 

All items are shipped USPS unless noted otherwise.

If you need expedited shipping, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page. Your new expedited shipping costs will be calculated then.

During busy seasons or holidays, processing time can take up to 10 days due to the volume of orders. 

We are unable to guarantee that you will receive your order by the requested date and cannot refund any orders that do not meet your deadline if shipping delays occur.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number. 

Please allow 12-24 hours for the postal service to process the package before trying to track the shipment as it must be scanned at the departure location before tracking information becomes available.

If you think you should have received your order by now, please contact us with your order number and we will be glad to check on the status of your order for you.

We are doing our absolute best responding to e-mails! Please allow a 24-48 hour response time. Please do not send multiple e-mails unless for some reason you have not heard back within 48 hours (excluding weekends).

 

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized/customized items due to the personalized nature of the items.

Mistakes can happen occasionally, and if we have made one on your order please contact us (via contact page) so that we can rectify it immediately.

Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of order for a full refund less shipping fees.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

Items returned after 14 days will be issued a store credit. No credit will be issued after 30 days of receipt of order.
